Slidell Photography Club
The Slidell Photography Club focuses on photography and learning from one another on how to use our cameras and tips on how to enhance the “good” ones to make even better ones, along with good fellowship. The ages of the members range from 12 to into the eighties. Presently dues are $20 for an individual membership and $25 for a family membership.
Meetings
Every 2nd Thursday of each month ( 7:00 p.m) at the Slidell Recreation Center, 333 Erlanger Street (intersection of Third and Erlanger at the corner of Griffith Park - Olde Towne). Our current meeting place was damaged during Katrina, so we're currently meeting at St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church, 910 Cross Gates Boulevard.
If you would like more information, email the Slidell Photo Club or just show up at a meeting!
Club meetings are in an alternating format. One month will have a program or speaker, the next meeting will be competition. Each will have a short business meeting.
