About Our Club
Welcome to NoLaCam, a photography Club located in Monroe, Louisiana. We are a member Club of the Gulf States Camera Club Council (GSCCC). Our meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. on the 2nd Thursday of each month at the First United Methodist Church on Loop Road.
Our meetings normally consist of a very brief business session, followed by a program of photographic interest or an educational session by one of our club members. The final portion of the meeting is devoted to our monthly photo competitions. Here, members' photos are judged and hopefully selected for entry into GSCCC competition.
We encourage the public to visit us at our monthly meetings. There is no requirement for membership to attend these meetings. However, membership is required to participate in club business, enter photos into competition, or to attend Club field trips.
Membership fee is only $20.00 per year, per individual and $10.00 for each additional family member. Membership fees cover the calendar year and are due no later than January's meeting. Fees for new members joining after January will be pro rated for the remainder of the year.
